Hello Martin, Jean, I am currently reviewing chapter 8 (out of 12, 12 being the keyboard shortcuts). I was planning to upload as I was going along, but I decided against it since while reviewing certain chapters I found out duplication of contents or inconsistencies that forced me to go back to previous chapters, so I'd rather have a pass at the whole book before submitting it for revision. (I also need to update to the very latest version of the chapter template.)
