Ha! Vivid imaginations are good for both design and documentation. Thanks for the reply. I'll get started.

Chapter1 and Chapter 2 by Daniel Lewis need another review. Both are dated March 27, 2010. I'm presently working on Chapter 3. I hope to have Chapter 3 completed shortly. (I have written all three chapters. Others have been very good at finding my errors. Zoltan from Hungary added a whole section to Chapter 3 that I had originally left out.) We can use someone with your expertise. I have a background in mathematics, but my knowledge of databases has been gained mostly from teaching myself though trial and error and a vivid imagination.
