The macros are on the wiki, at

and will be, until I manage to produce an extension. Meanwhile, they can
be copied and pasted to a blank page in the Basic IDE. Updates will be
posted there, as well.
I'll be glad to help Claire, but revisions to the macros may take a
little while: lots of very important stuff going on. (Translation: it's
high summer, here in the "other" Melbourne, and the beach keeps calling
me ...) ;-)
