I have updated the Math Guide with a caution about the localization of
markup names for Greek and special characters. This resulted from
catching a user changing the markup names on the wiki, because they
didn't work in his localized version. (True, they didn't.) After much
investigation, the localization caution is accurate. I updated the wiki,
too.
I also added a feedback folder under Math 3, and put the update there.
