Joe, We are now updating to OOo3.3; you can get the latest developers' build from http://download.openoffice.org/next/index.html -- take the one for OOo-Dev 3.3.0 Build. You are correct that the WG chapters not listed on the task list all need to be reviewed, and the most up to date version is in the 3.2 published folder.
