TJ, thanks for the reminder about that page. Although it's good to have
a workaround, I'm not interested in going to all that trouble just to
take a look at LibreOffice. Fortunately, I have a spare machine for
testing programs, and with a .deb available it should all be quite easy.
(I picked up the .deb from where several people said to look.)
