Hi Jean, I followed the instructions on how to retract a doc, and did the following:negative to the folder where your doc is: http://www.oooauthors.org/english/userguide3/res3/producing-ooo-ugs.odt/viewwhen I click on the name of the file, the file was downloaded to my pc. There is no View pageno down-arrow by STATE:pending review could be found Have I gone to the wrong place for retracting the doc?Cecilia
