You did not have the Author role, so you did not have the permissions needed to see the document or download it. I have now given you that role. You may need to log off the OOoAuthors website and log back in again before the permissions take effect. Now you should be able to get to the document. Please do NOT retract this doc because I want multiple simultaneous reviews, unlike our usual practice with user guide chapters.
