Many people will continue using OOo 3.2 (or earlier) for some time after
3.3 is released. A few things (the Print dialog, slide creation in
Impress, probably others) are so dramatic that if we simply update the
user guides to OOo3.3, they won't serve the needs of 3.2 users.
Therefore I think we should include both sets of instructions, clearly
marked for the relevant version of OOo. (And leave the earlier info out
of the LibO version of the docs; a good use of a conditionally hidden
section.)

The other choice is to produce an updated chapter and keep the old
chapter as well, but I don't think this is a good idea because people
are likely to grab the wrong version of the chapter... and it's just one
more thing for us to keep track of.

I'm not suggesting this approach for all the changes, just the major
ones. BTW, in the past we've included note-like tables saying "New in
[version]" but that's only useful for NEW not CHANGED features.
