It is indeed a valid question.
I have added to the list of issues that I will need to consider when
upgrading the Guide from 3.2 to 3.3.
I am actually using a google doc, so if you have some ideas in what
should go in the IG 3.3 let me know and I will send you the link to the
document so that you can edit it.
