Rachel, Thanks for all your work. What I've done for Ch1 of IG3.2 is a short version of that table. Many of the entries were variations on Ctrl = Command, so I removed them and just left the generic entry. And I added an entry for right-click = Command+click.
The longer version, plus any additional entries, will find a home somewhere. And while going through the table, I found one entry that's wrong for Windows/Linux: Ctrl+Space bar does not insert a non-breaking space, but Ctrl+Shift+Space bar does. If you got this from a user guide chapter, it's wrong and we need to find and fix it.
