Jean-- The information about ctrl-shift inserting a non-breaking space in Windows came from chapter 3, p.11 of the user guide. I was going through the guide (including appendix A) and just trying to find the Mac equivalents for the keystrokes listed. I assumed all were correct for Windows/Unix as shown, so I can't guarantee there aren't any other similar errors if the Windows/Unix information has changed.
