Although I asked about colors for the website, in his note Andrew was talking about the documents stored on the website, not the website itself. The colors used in the documents are not related in any way to the colors used on the website. The colors used in the documents (mainly in headings) are set in paragraph styles, which are controlled by the templates applied to the documents. This makes it easy to change the appearance of a document to suit a different product; just change the template.
