For working on the wiki, you'll need an account there as well (unfortunately, there's no connection between the user on ODFAuthors and the wiki). :( Jean Weber did give detailed instructions how to wikify the user guides, but I don't find this mail yet. Maybe you can try a search in the archive. It should be there.
