Yes, welcome back! In addition to what Daniel said in his note, and after you've agreed to the new copyright arrangements, here is my suggestion for a chapter you might like to write: Printing with Writer. It's a new chapter, not an update from V1.
If you want to do this chapter, I have some material that you can include, as well as some notes on other things that should go in the chapter but haven't been written yet. And, of course, you might think of some things that I haven't thought of yet. I was planning to put what I have together today, for the use of whoever agreed to write "Printing with Writer". I'll let the list know when that is ready.
