Hello there, Hopfully I am doing this properly this time.
I would like to request author role on the board. At the moment, I can not help on the users manual, this situation will change in roughly 90 days. I would like to publish a few tutorials via this board, and could very much use (need would be more accurate) the review process the board would offer. What I am not - a published author. What I can offer - Twenty years of software development experience, most in the commercial world. This includes work on more then a few users manuals, help systems and SOP manuals. Seven years management and senior management of development organizations, working with designers and builders of code, and developers of technical and user documentation. I would not pretend to be able to offer much assistance as an editor for style, beyond what I find pleasing, but I can and would offer feed back from a technical stand point. Looking forward to hearing from you all, hoping to help where I can with the projects and learn what I can about writing prose for an international audiance. Andrew Jensen
