[authors] Consistent window decorations?

Hi,

I'm working through Editing Objects Part 2. The first 14 screenshots are 
done with Windows XP (Fisher Price theme) and the last 3 are done with 
KDE. I'd like to know how big a deal this is. I *don't* have an easy way 
to fix it because I use Gnome and I'm not eager to redo all the screen 
shots.
