Jean you forgot to mention the other reason. That being Microsoft may
try enforcing its copyright on screenshots we need for our docs.  (See
the [email protected] archives and look for Subject
"Question about the right for using Screenshots of OOo on Microsoft
Windows")

So the next question was "How does one avoid this problem?" Hence the
suggestions.
