I've uploaded a very early draft of Chapter 5, "Adding pictures
and other graphics". This was created over a year ago, using text
from a v1.x document. I have added notes on things I think need
to be added or changed. Much of the stuff to add can come from
the Draw Guide or other sources, to save time and effort.
Please can someone work on this chapter? In addition to (or
instead of) making the suggested changes, you're very welcome to
suggest other changes, additions, etc, if you want to.
