Martin Fox updated this from OOo1.x to OOo2 over a year ago, and
it's been sitting around awaiting someone else's attention ever
since. I have put it into ODT, edited it a bit, and added a lot
of comments on stuff that I think needs to be added or changed.
It's ready for someone else to pick it up and finish it, please.
