For one thing, a user interface that newbies can use... unfortunately
"standard mailing list procedures" seem to have fallen out of common
knowledge. Integrated archiving. Administrability which is lightyears
ahead of majordomo. Note that I'm pretty sure mailman supports the
standard -request address commands as well; you don't *have* to use the
web interface.
