I'd say a better idea is to always run the virt tests from master. Yes, I did start the 0.15.0-rc0, but that means the new stuff on master (and also, some bugfixes) might be lost.
About the other problems you're seeing, like pointed out on another thread, I never thought about using a single unattended install to install more than one vm at a time. While that is an interesting idea, we did not think of that use case, so some work might be required.
