Blimey, wern't you the one that pushed for separation of depots ? ;-)

For Jesktop I am juggling 12 depots,  I have one called AvalonCommon, whose only job 
is to copy
Xerces.jar and tools/ to the other 11.  It works quite well and could be made bullet 
proof with
some self checking build scripts.
