DefaultEmbeddor.start do not register kernel and embeddor. but DefaultEmbeddor.stop unregister kernel and embeddor. I testing SingleAppEmbeddor now. ManagerException: No entry with name Phoenix.Kernel exception occured when shutdown servlet container. hmm. Why uncommented registering to SystemManager?
