[LogKit] missing "super." in ExtendedPatternFormatter

Hi,

In ExtendedPatternFormatter.getTypeIdFor(), a "super." is missing for
actually calling the superclass method.

BTW, why don't you merge ExtendedPatternFormatter in PatternFormatter ?
