We have already asked Apache Board of Directors to make a new Apache sub
project
and organize .NET community.
They decided not to open a new Apache sub project and
suggest Jakarta PMC find the right place for .NET implementations of Jakarta
products.

I am actually thinking along these lines, and it has been discussed
before to try and propose a csharp.apache.org high-level subproject,
perhaps we have enough people to try and do that now?
We do need an apache member to sponsor it however.
