In my opinion, yes, it should have natural growth. But the willingness to
work together as a community to share code, and to work towards sharing as
much code as reasonable needs to be there from the beginning. That is part
of the acceptance of community.
Accepting to go on the journey is the first step. Then you go on it.
Eventually you may reach Shangri-La. But before you get there, and before
you even undertake the journey of 1000 steps, the first thing is to agree
that you want to try. This isn't an individual journey.
