If it is pure community decision then I would prefer that there is a single
container that had multiple "profiles". I would not necessarily restrict the
profiles to those you suggested but provide some default profiles (Maybe just
embedded and standalone) and allow users to configure there own profiles. A
few people have told me that what they really want is a webservice container,
others want a rmi container etc. We should enable such wishes.
To be honest I have not seen much user demand for a Tweety style container
outside the realm of being a learning device.
From a technical perspective I think it would be better to create a federation
of toolkits, a set of services and not try to create a one-size-fits-all
container.
