Alexandria-Gump repo, under /editor in the gump proposal dir.

I've added a new file avalon-sandbox.xml with a module for
avalon-sandbox (those file vaguely correspond to CVS modules and as
there hasn't been obe for avalon-sandbox, you need a new one).
I moved the excalibur-containerkit <project> to the new file and added
the new file to the project.
See it in action with the next Gump build.
