I'll stand by my request to keep the minimum period to a week.
The minimum period is one week (a.k.a. 7 days)!
The text makes it look like if quorum is reached inside the seven day
period, then seven days can be cut short.
As such I -1 (vote) the charter.
Well - its not actually under vote at this stage.
