there is a problem with Windows drivers for VIA MVP3 (it's Apollo), so people
tell you "VIA sux", but I have no problems with this chipset, until 2.4.2-ac21,
when somebody put _wrong_ fixup, that slowdowns some operations (most important
was - video output) about 2 times, watching divx was impossible, problem has
bin fixed in 2.4.4-ac2, it was just a linux kernel problem, not via, just like
problem with "SB_Live+VIA" is Windows drivers problem, not via or sb_live
but that wrong fixup was becouse there _are_ problems with VIA chipsets, but
newer than MVP3, I don't know much about it, it's probably about IDE stuff
(copying files from hard drive to hard drive or something), so they put fixups
in kernel
