Hello,

I'm using avifile 25102001 tarfile along with drip 0.8.0cvs and i got a
behavior i saw before but cannot remember how to fix it.

When encoding a DVD to divX, weither i select a bitrate of 600, 700, 800
or 1000, my image keeps being at least 700MB + 145MB (this last file
ranges a bit depending on the bitrate selecting but only a few MB
difference).

Is it something you have ever heard about ?

Another annoying thing, your ./configure doesn't check anymore for
notlame, which caused some users to wonder why drip wouldn't encode
afterwards.
