I've been slightly cleaning support for network asf streaming -
I would say it works now 'somehow' it's not perfect but it's quite
usable - so those brave souls who will not miss the autoquality for
now might try to use it (streamed asf is usually with WMW2 or MS Mpeg4
anyway so you will not miss this codec)
Developers should still use OLD api - do not try to use some new introduced
methods - names for them are not yet 'stable' or they may disapear -
in case there are some incompatibilies or incompilable parts - let me know
I hope I'll manage to bring back autoquality though I'm still not
satisfied with current buffering - but somehow I could not create it
better :(...
