Hmm this is really strange. This happens to me only when aviplay segfaults, if
it quits normally everything is ok. But I haven't used cvs for a long time, is
autoqual working already?
Hint to Zdenek: you know vlc the mpeg/dvd player? It seems to be able to
handle these situations normally. Even if something crashes while in
fullscreen, it manages to unhide the cursor.
