Most probably broken - the sample utils are not really maintained thus
bugs are only fixed when they are reported...

You should install Qt devel packagas - if you have them and they
are still not find - you could pass the path as a configure option.
If you have installed standard RedHat packages I may append the path
for them into default qt scan path list to make it easied for other
users...
