Looks like you are using SDL for audio output via some karts
So maybe you should contant libarts developers to take a look at this
For now it looks like I can't help very much here.
(You may eventually try to use OSS audio output - but switching order
on this line:
AviPlayer AudioRenderer = 16 [ Binary ] SDL,OSS,noaudio
and place OSS as the first renderer
