First, in aviplay, I can't seem to get the video at http://www.jaybill.com/movies/jose_react.wmv to play in either the April 12th snapshot or tonight's CVS tree avifile. In either case, the last player output looks like:
<AVI reader> : w:320 h:-240 bpp:16 0x32595559 - 1:4 (0x80d7fb0) <AVI reader> : w:320 h:-240 bpp:16 0x32595559 - 2:4 (0x8227440) <AVI reader> : w:320 h:-240 bpp:16 0x32595559 - 3:4 (0x8226070) <AVI reader> : w:320 h:-240 bpp:16 0x32595559 - 4:4 (0x821b008) <Player> : Player started Segmentation fault (the "Player started" line preceded the other four with the April 12th snapshot) Let me know (please cc: to my email address) if this bug isn't repeatable, and I'll try to get a core file and a stack trace to figure out what problem is peculiar to my (single processor, Red Hat 7.2.92) machine. Secondly, and this is more of a plaintive gripe than a useful bug report, I've had occasional segfaults using Indeo 5.0 recording with avirec, in IIRC every version I've tried. I wish I could be more helpful, but it's not a repeatable bug and I don't have a core file to examine. There is no abnormal output (although I'm running it from a cron job, not a terminal) before it crashes. --- Roy Stogner _______________________________________________ Avifile mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://prak.org/mailman/listinfo/avifile
