I think someone has been releasing some hints for this lately
It's been something with compilation with -rdynamic and
dlsymming RTD_LAZY_EVAL - I'm not sure but it should be somewhere in the archive
within two or three last weeks.
There is also half-made work done which should actually allow to link
avifile staticaly - but as for luck of time its implementation
will be surelly delayed as when there is free time I've somewhat
more interesting features in my head to realize (and I'm really
writting this mainly for my self :)
