[Avifile]License question

Hi,   I found that on sourceforge and freshmeat avifile's license is LGPL while on http://avifile.sourceforge.net/ and in "COPYING" file – it's GPL. I am looking for something like your avifile/plugins/libwin32/loader/libloader.a (obviously hacked wine-stuff, which is LGPL, and I believe it was BSD or X11 licensed when you'd got this part of code) for use in some commercial project. Would you please explain me what kind of license this libloader got? Is there any way to use it in my project without making the whole thing GPL?   Thank you, Alexey Dyatchkov
