Well - sometimes I forget to send answer.

Oh I'll try it now.

Idealy you should put somewhere short avi samples so I can download them
and fix player myself.

This is a little bit complicated and depends on the colorspace.
See the header formats.h for more detailed explanation.
Basicaly FourCC is either 0 or 3 - more in the header file
in avifile include directory.

Yes it should be simple - see the conversion code in
lib/common/image.cpp

Basicaly Y800 should be monochrome format so you should just need to add
some reasonable defaults to UV planes.

Huffyuv should be playbel; either with Win32 codec or with ffmpeg
decoder. If you are using CVS version and the movies is not played
properly it's a bug and you should try to create small file
and send me link to this file for download.

Also check if ffplay or mplayer playes the file properly.

It's just one plugin for Win32 dlls - but eventually I may try to
add some extra debug messages to show how many dll are located
recognized or missed - if I'll not forget about that....

Not realy dead - but not that active either - I'm being kept permanently
busy with other tasks for quite some time.
But at least CVS version is kept updated and from time to time
some new missed features are added - lately substitle are a little
bit better displayed so it will try to fit them better.
