Ah, since it works with a default linker script, but not with
avr5_mega32.x, could we please compare them, to check whether the
problem is easily corrected?
Bob, would you mind sending the linker script immediately following
"using internal linker script" after invoking "avr-gcc -Wl,-verbose"?
Massimiliano, could you please send avr5_mega32.x? It would be very
interesting to examine what might cause the very different behaviour.
