Follow-up Comment #1, bug #30946 (project avrdude):
this is not totally correct:
has_jtag = no;
there is a
<property-group name="JTAG_INTERFACE"> in the xml files.
so the jtag parameters :
# JTAG ICE mkII parameters
idr =0x31;
spmcr = 0x37 ;
rampz = 0x3B ;
eecr = 0x1f ;
is_avr32 = no;
are missing for all 3 part.
