Follow-up Comment #3, bug #30946 (project avrdude):
right,
after a few check, almost all xml got this dummy section when they didn't have
jtag :
<property-group name="JTAG_INTERFACE">
<property name="ALLOWFULLPAGESTREAM" value="0x00"/>
</property-group>
the chip who have jtag should be identified with an 'interface' node which
look like :
<interface name="JTAG" type="megajtag"/>
