I created a patch to add a FastLZ codec using the interfaces created in
AVRO-135. I haven't yet extensively tested it, although I did create a test
case. The codec uses JFastLZ in the implementation. HADOOP-6349 provides a
similar implantation, except they opted to incorporate the core algorithm into
the patch rather than use a third party library.
