hey Axelray

are you importing the model with a loader? if so then you can try setting
the scaling property on the parser object, or in the init object of the
loader. or you can try scaling the object after instantiation by using
scale(). i expect the problem relates to a default scaling adjustment for
object loaders made a while back to get them all loading with the same basic
scaling
