Details - I've got a browser window that I need to be a certain size
(developing for a small screen device). The browser sets the dimensions and
the browser resizes even while being tiled). When I toggle float, the browser
goes back to the size it would be if it was tiled (ie before I loaded the page
that resizes). I'd prefer toggling float not mess with size.
This is on 3.4_rc3
