I have to admit that I wasn't realizing switching tags on another screens is a shifty feature. Yeah, obviously I'm changing deselecting all tags (except of the desired one) with viewnone(). But the point is that with viewnone all tags get deselected and later the desired tag is selected again. So, this tag is getting the focus, happening not in the default function. Moving the mouse pointer wasn't the important thing and -- as you mentioned -- it's really annoying when the mouse pointer jumps all the time into to the top-left corner ;-) Thanks for your comment on signals, I did a nice workaround in rc.lua to get the focus on the desired tag.
