Hi everyone,

I'm using awesome with gnome.

The setup is a result of the following how-to:

http://awesome.naquadah.org/wiki/Quickly_Setting_up_Awesome_with_Gnome

Since I'm using Gnome's panel there is no way for me to see the current window
layout. Did I miss something in the configuration? If I figured it right, gnome
panel doesn't have an applet that would show the current window layout for
awesome. If this is the case, I would gladly write one. :)

Besides this, I have commented out the wibox part in ~/.config/awesome/rc.lua,
but bthe lower panel in Gnome is still acting suspiciously: it has 8 tabs in
stead of 4 gnome default workspaces, and when I run some applications, I cannot
switch between them by clicking on that panel with the mouse. I can, however,
switch between the apps with Mod4+[jk]. What exactly do I need to comment out
in rc.lua besides the

"--{{{ Wibox *

--}}}"

part?

Thanks,

Tomislav
