Hello, I have recently rebuilt my Gentoo system as I had a disk crash on me.
One issue I'm having is with my new install is special characters inside the taskbar. The degree symbol, (° in html) in particular causes my cpu temp widget to not display. Has anyone had this problem and solved it? It worked for me on my old install, and I know my locale is properly setup. For example, I can run awesome -k and the little "check" symbol renders fine inside urxvt. All other apps can render UTF8 content fine as well. Thanks, Alan
