-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi
I was using awesome as a gnome WM (following http://blog.digital-scurf.org/tech/awesome-gnome ) and it was working perfectly, until I updated from Ubuntu 12.04 to Ubuntu 12.10: The "User Defined Session" is gone. I checked again that I am I still using gdm, which I do. I tried: http://askubuntu.com/questions/23932/how-do-i-replace-the-desktop-by-an-application with the ~/.xsession from the first link, but it still does not work (blank screen, background only). I have the feeling, I am missing something trivial here - could somebody point me in te right direction?
